You can turn us up or down as you like, and we’ll tackle your overflow so you can get back to the highest and best use of your time. It’s perfect for when you’ve got too much to do, and not enough resources, or you need a stopgap solution while you fill an internal placement.
Marketing support covers any marketing help you require, i.e. creating content for your website, writing enewsletters, drafting social posts, meetings where you require strategic content marketing advice, reviewing proposals etc.
What our clients like about it is that it’s unstructured i.e. you don’t need to give us a formal brief. Instead, you can let us know what you require in a quick phone call or email (just like you would brief an internal staff member).
Hours are recorded using timekeeper software, with a report run at the end of each month.

SCOPE
We sit down with you to refine how many hours you’d like us to do (maximum) each month.

establish
We introduce your client manager, AKA the person who will be running your account for the duration of the marketing support contract. We establish how you like to be communicated with so we ensure we’re always speaking to you in your love language.

start
With your instruction, we get started as your ‘external’ but very much internal team. You can enjoy briefing us just as you would an internal team member – no formal brief – just a phone call or email for us to get going.

Report
At the end of the month, you’re offered a time report of what we worked on to accompany your invoice.
